These Terms of Service govern your access to free PDF materials and use of digital products offered by YUI STRATEGY LLC, a company registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. By accessing or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

The 110 individual judicial-affairs-exam PDFs and six subject ZIP bundles are currently free after Google sign-in, with no three-file selection limit. We may change, limit, or discontinue free access, or charge for new materials, at any time. Files you have already downloaded remain subject to Section 4. We may offer other paid educational materials separately in the future. All materials are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Our products are educational reference materials only. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or any form of professional consultation. No attorney-client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship is created by purchasing or using our products.

When you access a free file or purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own study and research. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of our content is prohibited. You may not share your account or use automated tools to download materials in bulk. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Official examination questions and statutory texts are not subject to copyright. All other content, including explanations, model answers, diagrams, and other original materials, remains the intellectual property of YUI STRATEGY LLC.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YUI STRATEGY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
