Refund Policy

All products sold by YUI STRATEGY LLC are digital goods delivered electronically. Because digital content cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are generally final.

We will issue a full refund if:

— You were charged but did not receive access to the purchased product within 24 hours; or
— The delivered file is defective or materially different from its description, and we are unable to provide a corrected version; or
— You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).

Email yui.strategy.llc@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
