Refund Policy

The 110 individual judicial-affairs-exam PDFs and six subject ZIP bundles are now free after Google sign-in and do not involve a purchase. This policy applies to earlier paid orders and to any separately offered future paid digital products. Because digital content cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, paid sales are generally final.

We will issue a full refund if:

— You were charged but did not receive access to the purchased product within 24 hours; or
— The delivered file is defective or materially different from its description, and we are unable to provide a corrected version; or
— You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).

Email yui.strategy.llc@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
