YUI STRATEGY LLC ("we", "us") is a digital publishing and educational content company registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, access free PDF materials, or purchase a digital product.

When you purchase a digital product, we collect the information necessary to process your order and deliver your purchase: your name, email address, and billing details. Payment card information is processed directly by our payment processor and is never stored on our systems.

If you sign in with Google for the member PDF library, Google shares the basic profile you authorize: your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We store only your email address and Google account identifier in our member database. Your name and profile image stay inside the encrypted sign-in cookie on your device and expire with it within 24 hours. We use your account to authorize the free PDF library and ZIP bundles. We retain PDF selections made under the former three-file limit; those selections no longer limit which PDFs you can access.

When you visit the website, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and request times to deliver pages and protect the service. When a purchased file is downloaded, we record the order, email address, IP address, and time to prevent abuse and to handle delivery or refund questions.

We use information to operate and improve the website, understand which public content and product areas are useful, process transactions, deliver digital products electronically, respond to customer inquiries, provide member access to free files, prevent unauthorized access, and comply with legal obligations. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing email. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Google provides the sign-in flow, Auth.js manages member sessions, Cloudflare D1 stores production account and catalog records, Vercel hosts the website, and Cloudflare R2 stores private digital files. Supabase remains available as a legacy provider. Stripe processes historical payments and any separately offered future paid products. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. Payment card information is never stored by us.

Signing in sets a strictly necessary, HttpOnly session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours, plus short-lived security cookies used only during the Google sign-in flow. These cookies are required for the member library and are not used for analytics or advertising.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and actions such as site searches, free PDF preview and download clicks, and historical checkout and purchase activity. Download click events contain only the file or bundle identifier, subject, and source page. We do not send payment card details, account passwords, or the Stripe checkout-session value in the page URL to Google Analytics.

We use Microsoft Clarity on public, non-sensitive pages to understand aggregate interaction patterns through heatmaps and session recordings. Search inputs are explicitly masked. Member-library, authentication, checkout, preview, and administration routes are excluded from initial Clarity loading and are masked if reached by client-side navigation. Stripe hosts the payment form and its payment fields are not recorded by our Clarity installation.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics. Advertising storage and personalization signals are disabled in our Google tag configuration. If we begin targeting users in regions that require prior consent, such as the EU or UK, we will add an appropriate consent mechanism before enabling the relevant storage.

We retain order records only as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Member account and prior PDF-selection records are retained while the account remains active or as needed to provide the requested access. Private file links are temporary and issued only after checking the signed-in member. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.
